Today I took my 17 year old for a haircut and we saw JESS. We BOTH told Jess we only wanted a TRIM on the top of his head, with the sides and back shorter. My son had longer hair on the top of his head that came to his eyes and he still wanted that. By the time she was done my son was pretty much shaved. She cut every bit of his hair off and when I questioned her, she said she cleaned it up for us. She also used thinning shears over and over on his hair. I was in shock and so was he, we didn't know what to say. Needless to say we will never be back here and will spread the word to others that this is NOT the place to go for a haircut.
